| Question: | Why does the page layout look weird? |
| Answer: | We have seen issues with some computer systems where the browser does not handle the re-painting of various layers well. This can cause the chat and/or video to appear in strange places on your screen. You should be able to press: CONTROL F5 at the same time to force a refresh of the page and get it to return to normal. For a longer lasting solution, we encourage you to try a different browser. |
